Cancellation Policy
When you purchase any sets of treatment coupons or prepaid gift cards from us, please note that all sales are final, and we do not provide any refunds, credits, or exchanges. Other than the first coupon in a set, which is effective for two (2) months from the date of purchase, treatment coupons are effective for two (2) months from the date of your last visit to our facility. Prepaid gift cards are effective for five (5) years from the date of issuance. Please also note that sales tax (4.712%) and tips are not included in the price of any treatments or treatment coupons.
We respectfully request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes. Please understand that when you change your appointment without providing 24-hour notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. For this reason, any change within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a non-refundable cancellation, and you will either be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee or one (1) of your coupons will be applied in lieu of such payment.
As we provide counseling on your first appointment, please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early on your first appointment.
Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. You will be fully charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. Furthermore, if you are late by 15 minutes or more without contacting us beforehand, your appointment will be considered canceled, and the above cancellation policy will apply.

ご購入いただく回数券、プリペイドギフトカードは、いかなる理由でも返金・交換できませんので、予めご了承ください。回数券の有効期限につきましては、1枚目は購入日より2カ月、2枚目以降は最終来店日より2カ月とさせていただきます。
プリペイドギフトカードの有効期限は、発行日より5年間となります。カードに記載されている有効期限をご確認ください。すべての料金にハワイ州税 (4.712%)とチップ (サービス料)は含まれておりません。
ご予約をキャンセル、またはご変更されます場合は、予約時間の24時間前までにご連絡ください。それまでにご連絡がないと、その空白時間を埋めることができず、予定されていたスタッフ及び他にご予約を希望されていたお客様にご迷惑をかけてしまいますので、それ以降のキャンセル・ご変更は、当日キャンセル扱いとさせて頂き、回数券1回分の消化、またはご予約された施術料金の全額をお支払いいただきます。
初回のお客様はカウンセリング等ございますので、ご予約時間の10分前にはご来店ください。
ご予約時間に遅れますと、次のご予約のお客様の施術時間に影響しかねますので、施術時間を短縮させていただく場合がございます。この場合でも、施術料金の全額をご請求させていただくことをご了承ください。また、事前のご連絡なしで15分以上遅れた場合は、上記同様、当日キャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。
