Arrival
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to relax and checking in. This information helps to better address your needs and is required by the State of Hawaii for most treatments.
If you would like to have some time to relax in the tranquil environment prior to your treatment, please arrive early as our staff strives to be ready for you at your appointed time.
Payment & Reservation
Payment for services may be made by cash or credit card or approved gift certificate. The front desk will happy to let you know what gift certificates we accept when you are making your appointment.

Gift Certificates
Spa gift certificates for services are valid for one year (monetary value is valid for five years). They are non-refundable, but transferable. The Spa maintains records of the gift certificates. In the event yours becomes lost or misplaced, The Spa may still be able to validate its value and use.
Children/Minors
We offer massage, facials services and alternative therapies to children/minors, but require an adult present for children and a parent’s authorization for minors.
Cell Phones
Please turn cell phones off or place on vibrate while in the Spa. If you must make a call, please remember that others are getting massages and facials, spa treatments and appreciate your quiet voice.
Cancellation
When you purchase any sets of treatment coupons or prepaid gift cards from us, please note that all sales are final, and we do not provide any refunds, credits, or exchanges. Other than the first coupon in a set, which is effective for two (2) months from the date of purchase, treatment coupons are effective for two (2) months from the date of your last visit to our facility. Prepaid gift cards are effective for five (5) years from the date of issuance. Please also note that sales tax (4.712%) and tips are not included in the price of any treatments or treatment coupons.
We respectfully request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes. Please understand that when you change your appointment without providing 24-hour notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. For this reason, any change within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a non-refundable cancellation, and you will either be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee or one (1) of your coupons will be applied in lieu of such payment.
